Communisis partners Ricoh in omni-channel drive
Integrated business communications provider Communisis has entered a new partnership with Ricoh in an effort to enhance its omni-channel communication services.

The new deal builds on an existing 12-year relationship between the two companies
Building on an existing 12-year relationship, Communisis will implement Ricoh’s Process Director (RPD) workflow and process management platform, to assist clients in offering their customers an omni-channel experience.
The platform enables users to rationalise large amounts of customer data using automation and AI, ensuring client communications are always sent on time, to the correct individual and through the most appropriate communication channel.
